Mood Board Package
$450 per room
— This is our full-service virtual design package. It includes a visual 'Mood Board' with actual items from stores that we select for your space. We can even incorporate some of your existing pieces into the design if you'd like.
— Also included in this package is a full report of our recommendations, layout direction, and all applicable shopping-links for the items shown in the mood board
— Mood Boards include furniture, wall decor, rugs, lighting, and/or window treatments.
— Mood Boards can also be created for renovation projects with materials (including links to tile, flooring, counters, paint, hardware, and/or lighting).
— To get started, we ask for photos of your space, applicable measurements, and any notes you have about the space. Once we have that & your payment, we can get started!
— **Please note that the Mood Board will not be a digital rendering to scale, but instead a general layout of the recommended items.
— **Please note that Mood Boards do not include small accessories or decor
— **This package is virtual-design only and does not include setting up or styling the space
— **Stylists may not place shopping orders for this package
— **This package DOES include up to 2 revisions if needed
— **Please note that we make every effort to send shopping-links for items that are currently available to ship. However, due to COVID-19, shipping for items may require longer than normal lead times.
— **We do recommend clients purchase items from links immediately, as items do tend to become unavailable after time. Unfortunately we are not able to search for further options if an item becomes unavailable after a week or longer of the mood board being delivered.
Rendering Services
Want to renovate or change the layout of a room, but not sure where to begin? Let our 'Rendering Specialist' create a rendering for you! Not only does this help you visualize a certain design in your space, but it also allows you and your contractor to be on the same page before any construction begins!
— $650 per room
* Includes one walkthrough appointment for our Rendering Specialist to take detailed measurements and photos.
* The full 12K (HD) renderings will be 'to scale' to show the layout of the space and overall design of the room based on the designer/contractor's vision board.
* Renderings will include stock images chosen within the program to represent the style and scale of images selected by designer/contractor. Pricing reflects a 4-7 business day turnaround. Anything sooner may will result in additional charges.
* Includes up to 2 revisions (paint color, materials, lighting, etc...). Any additional revisions OR revisions to room layouts require a full room rebuild and will require additional charges.
Additional Services ($100 each)
— Video Walkthrough with multiple angles
— 2D Sketch to scale with measurements included (cost only included when paired with rendering package. To commission 2D sketches independently the full cost is $250).
